- Pressure cook 1 cup kandipappu
- Soak 50gms tamarind in water
- Cut bottle gourd, onions, chillies, raddish, carrots, beans, ladies finger, drumstick into pieces
- Add these to the tamarind water & boil along with little turmeric, 1tsp chilly pwdr, salt to taste
- Boil till veggies are soft
- Add the cooked dal. Add MTR Sambhar Powder along with a pinch of Hing
- Boil it for 15mins in low flame
- Bring it boil & temper it. Along with fenugreek & curry leaves.

- Soak 1 cup rice in water
- Grind the soaked rice coarsely
- Boil milk along with sugar & then add rice
- Bring it to boil
- Garnish with cashew, raisins, almonds, pistachios, cucumber seeds & cool it.
- Add 1tsp vanilla essence.
- Refridgerate
- Serve Cool
- Boil 1/2 Lt milk then add sugar according to the taste
- Take a cup of Boiled milk add 2 Tbsp full of custard powder
- Pour this mixture into the milk & Stir slowly till it thickens in low flame
- Cool & add 1 to 2 tsp vanilla essence
- Refridgerate it
- Cut fruits like banana, apple, orange, grapes into cubes & add pieces of bread to the mixture
- And it is ready to serve
