  • Pressure cook 1 cup kandipappu
  • Soak 50gms tamarind in water
  • Cut bottle gourd, onions, chillies, raddish, carrots, beans, ladies finger, drumstick into pieces
  • Add these to the tamarind water & boil along with little turmeric, 1tsp chilly pwdr, salt to taste
  • Boil till veggies are soft
  • Add the cooked dal. Add MTR Sambhar Powder along with a pinch of Hing
  • Boil it for 15mins in low flame
  • Bring it boil & temper it. Along with fenugreek & curry leaves.
