- Urad dal 1cup
- Rice 2 cups
- Soak both overnight.
- Add 1 tbsp of cooked rice to the batter.
- Grind all the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- Add little jeera & salt to taste
- And make hot yummy dosas.

- Boil senagapappu with little salt , drain water & keep it aside.
- For Tempering : pinch Avalu, pinch jeera, 1 red mirchi, 3 garlic pods , 1 teaspoon finely cut ginger, few karvepaku leaves, 1 chopped onion, 2 diced green chilles
- Add senagappu to the tempering with a pinch of turmeric, salt to taste
- Finally put half freshly grated coconut
- Season it with coriander

1:1 Rice & Pesarapappu
First fry pesarapappu lightly
Mix rice & pesarapappu add salt & pepper corns, water ratio 1 and 1/2 glasses
wash & pressurise it in cooker
Add oil , red mirchi, Urad dal, avalu, jeerakarra, lots of hing, jeedipappu, karvepaku & temper it.
