METHOD Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies to a smooth paste using a little water if required. Add black salt and sugar and blend once again. Transfer the chutney into a bowl and mix in the lemon juice. Recipe Tip : To add sourness you can use crushed dry pomegranate seeds or dry mango powder (amchur) instead lemon juice. In season raw mango is a good substitute too |
