- Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces.
- Wash and drain.
- Add lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Remove stems, wash green chillies and gently break them with hand.
- Clean, wash and chop coriander leaves.
- Clean, wash and drain mint leaves.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
- When they begin to change colour add broken green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add chicken pieces and roast for a while.
- Add yogurt and chopped coriander leaves.
- Cover and cook till the chicken is done.
- Add hand broken mint leaves, stir and serve hot.
